Important Notes for Ordering Your Team Items

  • Minimum order size for items with engraving is $35.

  • We encourage ordering together as a team to meet minimum order size.

  • Standard turnaround with engraving is 7 days.

  • Any orders submitted for same day or next day will incur a single $25 rush charge.

Can I customize the awards with my team name/other info?

Yes, we offer customization on all items. This can include things like the team name, player's name, ect.

Do you offer additional items for our team?

We provide a diverse range of customizable merchandise for players and fans. Feel free to reach out to us via our chat widget or contact the store for additional information.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Please order for your entire team together whenever possible. Our minimum order size for customized/engraved items is $35.

How long does it take to receive my team items?

We request 1 week for turnaround of NCFC team orders. If you need to have the order ready sooner we may need to make substitutions due to current stock. We will contact you if this applies. A $25 rush charge will be incurred for any orders placed for same day/next day pickup.

How will I receive my order?

We will notify you when your items are available for pickup at our store. While we do not recommend shipping awards we can ship your order to you for an additional fee if necessary. Please contact us if you require shipping.
